Here at Hydro Hounds, every booking is personalised to meet the unique needs of both you and your dog.

 

Each dog is treated as an individual, with ample time allocated to avoid rushing any appointment.  For this reason we arrange appointments directly with clients, tailoring each grooming session to meet your dogs needs.  Every care is taken not to arrive late at appointments, but working with animals means some delays are inevitable.  If Annie does run over meaning she will be a little later getting to you, she will phone or text to keep you informed.

To ensure all legal obligations are covered, Hydro Hounds uses the Savvy Pet registration and booking system.  Clients will be sent the registration link before an appointment is sent.  If technology isn't your thing, don't worry, as this can be done in person during your first appointment.

To book an appointment, simply contact Annie by phone or message (M 07512 654 226), and once registered, you’ll receive booking confirmation along with a request for a 50% deposit and a reminder 24 hours before your appointment.
